Description: U.V. stabilised polyethylene backing with a U.V. stabilised solvent acrylic. Excellent U.V. and moisture resistance.

Application: Designed for the repair and strengthening of PE Hothouses. A general purpose repair tape for indoor & outdoor applications where a clear film is required, particularly suited to the joining and holding of PE sheeting. Suitable for surface protection where a high adhesion is required on stable surfaces. Commonly used in the marine industry for holding shrink film to the hull of craft.

Technical Details:

Surface Preparation: The surface on which the tape is to be used must be clean, dry and free from grease and dust. Remember that pressure sensitive adhesive must be applied with the maximum possible pressure in order to achieve maximum adhesion levels. The recommended application temperature is between 15ºC and 25ºC.

Storage:  Tapes stored below the minimum application temperature will require warming up to that level before use. Up to 24 hours may be required for this to take place.
